Features / Wholesale order management
Wholesale order management
Lecxa manages wholesale and B2B orders end to end: create sales orders, invoice them, collect payments, group customers for consistent treatment, dispatch partially when stock arrives in waves, and sync invoices to Xero. It's built for small distributors who run B2B alongside ecommerce.

The problem it solves
Wholesale orders don't behave like ecommerce orders. They're larger, often shipped in parts, invoiced on terms and tied to specific customer relationships. Running them through retail-shaped tools means invoices in one system, stock in another, and payment status in a third.
Who it's for
- Wholesalers and distributors selling on invoice
- Brands running B2B alongside their Shopify store
- Teams that ship large orders in multiple instalments
How it works
- 1
Create and allocate the order
Raise a sales order for the account, allocate stock (fully or partially), and see availability against other commitments.
- 2
Invoice and collect
Invoice sales orders and collect payments in Lecxa, with invoices created in Xero automatically via the integration.
- 3
Dispatch in parts
Ship what's available now and dispatch the balance when stock lands, with partial dispatches tracked against the order.
A practical example
A beverage distributor takes a 40-case order from a grocery chain. Thirty cases ship immediately; the rest follows next week's production run as a partial dispatch. The invoice syncs to Xero, and payment is reconciled when the chain pays on terms.
Plan availability
Sales orders are on every plan. Invoicing, payment collection and customer groups require Core ($489 AUD/month) or above. See full Lecxa pricing and plan details.
Good to know
- Invoicing, payment collection and customer groups require the Core plan or above.
