    Inventory allocation

    Lecxa allocates (reserves) stock against sales orders so the same units can never be promised twice. Stock can be auto-allocated using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) logic or allocated manually with full control over the source location, and components are allocated to parent products so bundle stock levels stay accurate.

    The problem it solves

    Without allocation, 'available' stock includes units already promised to other orders. That is how overselling happens, and why teams end up keeping side spreadsheets of what is really free to sell.

      Order comes in

      Sales orders are created in Lecxa or imported automatically from Shopify.

      Auto-allocate on FIFO logic, in bulk across many orders, or manually pick the source location. Allocated units are removed from available stock immediately.

      Pick and dispatch against the allocation, knowing every order's stock is genuinely reserved for it.

    A practical example

    During a sale weekend, an apparel brand takes 400 Shopify orders. Bulk auto-allocation reserves stock for every order in FIFO sequence in one action, and the two orders that couldn't be fully allocated are flagged for follow-up instead of being discovered at the packing bench.

    Allocated stock is subtracted from available stock in real time, so any channel or team member looking at availability sees only what is genuinely free to sell.
